Shipping & delivery

Where we ship

Anywhere in India that our courier partner can reach. If your PIN code is not serviceable we will tell you before we ship and refund you in full.

How long it takes

• We pack and hand over your order within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. Remote areas can take longer.
• You get the tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as the courier picks it up.

Shipping cost

Free on orders of ₹1,499 and above. Below that we charge ₹99 per order, anywhere in India.

Payment

We take prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking) through Easebuzz. We do not offer Cash on Delivery right now.

If a jar arrives broken

Glass sometimes breaks in transit. Please take a photo or short video of the box and the jar and send it to us on WhatsApp (80966 69552) within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a new jar or refund you, whichever you prefer.
