Broken, leaking or wrong item

Send us a photo or video on WhatsApp (80966 69552) within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to send the broken jar back.

Not happy with the taste

If you do not like your first jar, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund that jar. This is for first orders, one jar per customer.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before we ship. Message us on WhatsApp and we refund the full amount. Once it has shipped, we refund after the parcel comes back to us.

How refunds are paid

We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it. It goes back to the same UPI, card or bank account you paid from. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it.

Food safety

Because ghee is food, we cannot take back opened jars for resale. That does not affect your refund in the cases above.
