Privacy policy

Milk Crop Private Limited ("we") runs this website. This page explains what we collect and why. We keep it to the minimum.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, email and delivery address, and what you bought.
• For safety: a one-way scrambled code made from your internet address, so we can stop someone placing hundreds of fake orders. We do not store your internet address itself.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. You pay on Easebuzz's secure page and they handle that. We use no advertising trackers and set no tracking cookies on this site. Your cart and the address you typed are saved only on your own phone or computer (in your browser), to save typing next time.

Who we share it with

• Easebuzz, our payment gateway, to take your payment.
• Our courier partner, to deliver your order (name, phone, address).

We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as the law needs us to for tax and accounts, and no longer than we need to.
